MYOGEN kids with glasses

Myogen

The development of children’s eyes are seriously affected by the prolonged use of mobile phones and tablets as well as increased strain on he child’s eyes.

TOKAI’s Myogen lenses are meticulously crafted to address the unique needs of children, offering comprehensive protection against the onset and progression of myopia. Myogen lenses provide the ideal solution for parents seeking to safeguard their child’s eye health and ensure optimal development.

CVF

CVf is a custom-made single vision lens with a double-sided  aspherical design. It provides a clear natural view with less  distortions. This specific design reduces the thickness of positive  lenses, compensates for the difference in thickness when the eyes have very different prescriptions and adapts to the frame’s wrap angle.

The optimization of the design allows to obtain thinner positive lenses and eliminate the imperfections related to the eye enlargement effect. You can choose between standard base, base 3 or base 5, that best suits the angle of wrap so that the lens fits perfectly to the frame.

Modecinq

TOKAI offers lenses that can adapt to even the most wrapped frames, without sacrificing excellent optical performance. The lenses have an aspherical design on the inner surface that allows to minimize distortions, ensuring optimal vision in all directions. The possibility of choosing between numerous curved bases (3, 4, 5, 6 and 7) also allows you to obtain lenses that are perfectly suited to the frame, for an optimal aesthetic result.

BI-CONVEX

These lenses are intended for people with very high hyperopia.
It is only offered in 1.76 index to make the lens as thin as possible.

BI-AS

By implementing the Back Surface technology to the back side of the lens, we obtain a lens that is thinner and with less distortions at any point of the lens

REST SERIES

Rest lenses are accommodative lenses with an addition up to + 1.25D, designed to relieve ocular stress caused by the modern lifestyle. Spending many hours in front of the computer, or using a smartphone, we constantly strain our ciliary muscle, which is used in focusing and contracts when we observe very close objects. The closer the objects we observe, the greater the contraction required of the muscle.

The lenses facilitate accommodation when switching from far to near vision: the lower portion of the REST lenses in fact contain additional power. In this way, when we lower our gaze to observe nearby objects, the contraction required to the ciliary muscle is less.
